Meet the Team
Registered Massage Therapist
Marion Penny
Marion is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO with over 15 years of experience, specializing in women’s health and perinatal care. After starting her career in sports rehab, working with professional athletes, she expanded her expertise into CNS and neurological rehabilitation at Lyndhurst. For the past decade, Marion has focused on fertility, perinatal care, and breast health, driven by her personal journey with infertility and her passion for maternal care. As one of the few RMTs with specialized training in breast health, she has published research through UHN’s Princess Margaret Breast Care Centre. Marion provides a safe space for everyone at all stages of their journey. She listens deeply to her clients and offers a personalized, compassionate approach to treatment. Certified in pediatric massage, Marion also leads infant massage workshops for new parents and is currently expanding her practice by training as a fertility support practitioner.
Registered Massage Therapist
baylea mahoney
Baylea is a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Her focus is on sports/deep tissue/injury rehabilitation, as well as perinatal massage. Baylea is also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, specially related to pregnancy and injury edema.

shealagh mallory
Shealagh is a RMT in good standing with the CMTO and has been practicing since 2015. Her previous sport participation and studies in Health and Fitness Promotion have fostered her interest in the field of health and wellness. Since graduating from Georgian College she has worked in a variety of health care clinic settings in the Simcoe County area as well as from her home based practice treating a variety of ages and health care needs. Shealagh’s massage style is client-focused and goal oriented creating a treatment plan with a variety of techniques to create a precise and effective treatment for each unique client. She believes that routine therapeutic massage is very beneficial in the prevention of every day repetitive strain injuries, sport related ailments and improving the body mind connection. She truly has a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals and enjoys working towards creating stronger and healthier communities.

Ayuda is located on Danforth Ave at Coxwell.
Unfortunately, Ayuda is not wheelchair accessible. The clinic is accessible by buzzing into the space at your designated appointment time. There is no waiting room so we request you do not arrive early for your appointment

strict sanitation protocols
All surfaces are disinfected after every treatment, and your RMT will happily mask if that is your preference.
No tipping
Massage therapy is a health care profession, and as such we do not accept tips at Ayuda. If you're happy with your treatment, refer a friend and come back soon!

Unless you want to! This is your treatment time, so if you need to relax in silence or if you feel like chatting, anything goes!
