Every body and every ache is unique, and you deserve a treatment catered to exactly what you need. Sure, long hours at a desk or a specific injury will present in a common way, but the pressure you need, the music you like and the silence (or chatting) that helps you relax and heal is all you.

Location
Ayuda is located on Danforth Ave at Coxwell.
Unfortunately, Ayuda is not wheelchair accessible. The clinic is accessible by buzzing into the space at your designated appointment time. There is no waiting room so we request you do not arrive early for your appointment

Ayuda is a safe, judgment free space, absolutely no questions asked.
strict sanitation protocols
All surfaces are disinfected after every treatment, and your RMT will happily mask if that is your preference.
No tipping
Massage therapy is a health care profession, and as such we do not accept tips at Ayuda. If you're happy with your treatment, refer a friend and come back soon!
no talking
Unless you want to! This is your treatment time, so if you need to relax in silence or if you feel like chatting, anything goes!
